WE ALL UGLY is a clothing brand from San Diego. We are not a big company (yet), but we are very hands on with the process of producing the products you purchase! We do silkscreen print/embroider majority of our products in house. Striving to bring you a quality product.  

 

How much does shipping cost?

Due to the weight of our hoodies it costs $8 to ship & for many smaller items $2-$4.

 

Can I get a refund or make an exchange? 

Unfortunately, as of right now, all sales are final, unless there was a wrong size or product sent out on our end. To prevent any faulty orders please make sure to review your order before completing your purchase.

 

How can I get a discount?

We give all our customers a discount code when they first come to our website for 20% off, if you’d like to look into more discounts. Please email us at support@weallugly.com 

 

I want to do a bulk order over 24+. Is this possible?

When will new colors or styles be available?

All of our products are developed strategically. As we focus on quality vs quantity within our offering, we plan to slowly add new colorways and styles every season. Please follow us on Instagram for the most current announcements.

Our company was established and is currently headquartered in San Diego, CA

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our office in San Diego, CA

 

When can I expect my order to ship?

Our teams processing time is immediate and orders are usually shipped on the same or next business day as long as products are in stock. However, please generally allow at least 2-4 business days for processing & 3-7 for shipping. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking info. Back-ordered items can take an additional 2-3 weeks. Please check product descriptions and/or current announcements for specific shipping periods.

 

I haven’t received my order yet, what do I do?

Although we wish we were perfect, sometimes we’re not neither are mailing services! Orders do get lost in the mail or sometimes stolen. Please refer to your email with tracking info. IF you haven’t received one or that tracking # registers as “delivered” & you have NOT received your package, please email us: support@weallugly.com & let us know.

 

Can you do custom hoodies or pieces?

Very seldom do we say yes to custom orders, due to 1 off production costs as of right now we cannot accept any customer customs. Although we hope to have events in the future to allow our customers to make their very own 1 of 1 WAU piece.

 

Do you re-stock products?

We do re-stock some of our products & are open to restocking if its in high demand. Please make sure to check in/DM us on instagram @weallugly_ & let us know what you would like to see restocked.
